Business Analyst - Freelance - Cash Flow Project
Location: Remote or Barcelona (Spain)
Availability: Full-time
Duration: 5 months (with possible extension)
Start Date: September 1st

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead business analysis for a multi-phase Cash Flow Reporting initiative.
* Run workshops with finance stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
* Translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation.
* Manage requirements lifecycle, including change control and sign-off.
* Collaborate with group finance teams and EPM technical specialists.
* Support test planning, execution, and defect resolution for SIT/UAT.
* Ensure alignment between finance objectives and system design.

Skills & Experience:
* Strong background in finance business analysis, especially in EPM or transformation projects.
* Solid knowledge of Cash Flow Reporting and group-level financial processes.
* Hands-on experience with EPM platforms-ideally OneStream.
* Skilled in documentation, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilitation.
* Experience across testing phases (SIT/UAT), including test case development.
* Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is a plus.
* Familiarity with Agile/Hybrid methodologies in finance system contexts.
