Travelling Centrifugal Compressor Technician

(Confidential - Field-Based, U.S. with Global Travel)

We're hiring an experienced Centrifugal Compressor Technician to travel across the U.S. and abroad, supporting installations, overhauls, diagnostics, and repairs on centrifugal air/gas compressors.

What You'll Do

• Install & commission centrifugal compressors

• Perform teardowns, inspections, and rotor alignments

• Troubleshoot vibration, performance, and control issues

• Work on-site with customers - short & long-term jobs

• Keep accurate service reports & communicate issues clearly

What You'll Need

• 3+ years' field experience on centrifugal compressors

• OEM exposure

• Comfortable with tools, readings, and alignments

• Basic knowledge of control systems (Siemens/AB a plus)

• U.S. work authorization + valid driver's license

• Willing to travel 75-90%, often on short notice
