Chief Commercial Officer - Deeptech / Defensetech - Netherlands
Darwin have partnered exclusively with a Deeptech start-up who have a unique offering with massive growth potential, building autonomous systems capability for dual-use Unmanned systems.
Other than a little pre-seed funding, they have grown organically to a team of 15+ through securing global partnerships and projects (primarily B2B however B2G also).
As a CCO you will build and execute a GTM strategy that will help take them bring in consistent multi-million € contracts, scaling to the 10's of millions in the years ahead.

Experience of Interest
- Proven track record of individual contribution, selling high-tech solutions within the defense, deeptech, software, robotics, autonomous systems or similar complex B2B tech environments.
- Hunter mentality, comfortable winning new business and forging partnerships for high-growth start-ups.
- Leadership of small to medium size teams (they plan to grow a commercial team).
- Technical / Aerospace / Robotics Education background (helping to translate and position their solution and align to customer needs).
- Fluent English & Dutch would be strongly preferred, with German also being of interest.
- EU/NATO Citizenship.
Pay circa €8,000-€9,000 + Bonus/Comms + Equity. Semi-regular onsite requirement in Delft, along with international travel (mainly Europe).
