Clinical Product Specialist – MedTech

Ensuring seamless onboarding and expert-level training for clinicians and surgical teams across diverse markets - and that's where you come in.

I'm looking for someone who:

• Has a degree in Optometry, Biomedical Sciences, or a related healthcare/technical field
• Brings 3+ years of experience in a clinical or technical role within ophthalmology or medical devices
• Has hands-on experience in both diagnostic and surgical ophthalmology environments
• Is confident delivering training in clinical and operating room settings
• Has strong communication skills and knows how to digest product knowledge
• Is willing and able to travel up to 75% (mostly within Europe, but also globally)
• Is fluent in English (additional languages such as Spanish are a plus)
• Has worked with both hardware and software in a medtech context

Who is interested in:

• Delivering product training (on-site, remote, and at workshops)
• Supporting clinical applications during installations, evaluations, and trials
• Representing the company at congresses, symposia, and education events
• Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Support for demos and onboarding
• Acting as a trusted advisor to surgeons and clinical staff
• Creating and maintaining training materials and clinical documentation
• Staying up to date with product developments and the competitive landscape
