Construction Manager – Data Centre

As Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the construction process, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will act as the primary point of contact for all contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, coordinating complex building and MEP systems in a high-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the construction team, including subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinate with design teams, stakeholders, and authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Oversee on-site progress, reporting, and documentation.
• Implement best practices for high-efficiency, mission-critical data centre builds.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience managing large-scale data centre or commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, structural, and civil works for high-tech facilities.
• Excellent understanding of Danish construction regulations, permits, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; Danish language skills are a plus.
