Construction Project Manager

Overview:
We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of new data center construction projects in the Houston area. While prior data center experience is a plus, strong expertise in managing large-scale construction projects is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full project lifecycle for new data center builds-from pre-construction through commissioning.

• Manage budgets, schedules, contractors, and site teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and permitting teams.

• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance on site.

• Report progress to internal stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in construction project management, preferably with mission-critical or industrial projects.

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, contractor coordination, and site logistics.

• Experience with budgeting, scheduling tools, and construction documentation.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
