Our client are a leading end-to-end Data Center technology partner, with twenty years experience supporting the worlds leading Data Center operators. They're looking for Data Center Commissioning expert to lead the commissioning of Data Center critical systems including generators, switchgear, UPSs and PDUs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute commissioning activities for large Data Center's.
  • Lead commissioning meetings and prepare test procedures, reports, logs, and checklists.
  • Review design criteria, specifications, and equipment submittals to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and administer functional tests for electrical systems, UPS, standby generators, and integrated system testing.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams, providing troubleshooting support as needed.
  • Ensure quality control processes and commissioning documentation are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of engineering experience, preferably in complex facilities or mission-critical environments.
  • Previous Data Center / Critical Facilities commissioning experience required.
  • Strong background in electrical equipment testing; familiarity with IEEE/ASHRAE protocols preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
