Dayforce Implementation Consultant

We're looking for a talented Dayforce Consultant to join a fast-paced environment supporting HRIS/HCM system integrations and data conversions. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with complex data, building exports, and collaborating with both internal teams and external vendors.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain outbound data exports (XML, XSLT, JSON, CSV) using integration tools.

  • Transform data to meet client/vendor specifications.

  • Troubleshoot data flows using SQL and integration platform tools.

  • Support data conversion during system implementations (mapping, extraction, formatting, validation).

  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to test file structures and resolve discrepancies.

  • Deliver files securely via SFTP or API and assist with system integrations.

What You Need:

  • Hands-on experience with integration, data conversion, or export development in Dayforce.

  • Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL, Excel, and Access.

  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and solve problems independently.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Payroll, Benefits, or GL integrations.

  • Understanding of SFTP/API delivery methods.

  • Experience in HRIS/HCM data environments and third-party integrations.
