Delivery Manager

Delivery Manager - Freelance - London
Location: London
Availability: 40 hours per week
Duration: 6 months (possibility to extend)

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of technology-related workstreams supporting the sale and run-off of regional business units.
• Ensure continuity of operations while preparing systems, teams, and processes for handover or decommissioning.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure regulatory, compliance, and contractual obligations are met.
• Support and maintain transitional service agreements (TSAs), particularly for recently transferred entities.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and critical milestones related to technology delivery.
• Drive proactive communication across distributed teams using digital collaboration tools.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and reporting to support project transparency and governance.
• Operate with a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset - executing as well as planning.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in technology delivery, transformation, or exit programs.
• Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects with a hands-on approach.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills; able to navigate across teams and cultures.
• Clear and concise communicator in English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with virtual and in-person collaboration.
• Experience in regulated industries or knowledge of compliance requirements during transitions is a plus.
• Degree-level education or relevant professional qualifications preferred.
