Darwin Space is currently hiring for an Electronics Engineer in Luxembourg.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Review and analyze Systems requirements and propose compliant architectures

* Design and implement schematics with detailed analog and digital circuits

* Perform design analysis such as Worst-Case Analysis, Derating Analysis, and FMEA/FMECA.

* Review PCB/layout design provided by the team.

* Perform initial testing and debugging of the CBA, and then complete the functional test.

* Provide technical and official documentation: analysis, test plans, test results

* Support S/W and F/W teams to provide a complete system that meets requirements and project deadlines

* Support test competency in establishing automated testing

PREFERRED SKILLS

* Knowledge of the Electronic Design Automation (EDA)/Computer Assisted Design (CAD) tool (Altium, Cadence …)

* Familiarity with database management

* Experience with other EDA tools and eventually script development

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Strong interest in developing hardware electronics schematics, small signals, high-speed memories, micro-controllers/FPGA, and low-power DC/DC conversion.

* Knowledge in PCB layout and general laboratory test equipment

* Scripting ability to automate tests and report tasks

* Competences in planning and risk management

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

* Fluent in English - French or German are strong asset

* Master's degree in electronics engineering or equivalent

* Over 5 years of relevant experience - not necessarily in space. Automotive or medical experience would be appreciated.
