Hardware Program Manager

Hardware Program Manager - Freelance - Netherlands

Location: Netherlands (hybrid)
Availability: 40 hours per week
Duration: 6 months + extensions
Start Date: ASAP

We're looking for a Hardware Program Manager with deep expertise in CPE and access technologies to lead end-to-end technical delivery of RDK-B hardware projects across various countries.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage planning, dependencies, risks, and issues across hardware projects.
* Own technical delivery planning and roadmap tracking for RDK-B-based devices.
* Act as E2E Technical Lead across multiple domains, including environmental readiness.
* Support feature integrations and collaborate with Release Train Engineers.
* Report project status to leadership and drive cross-team delivery alignment.

Required Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business.
* 12+ years' experience in program delivery in CPE, cable, or telecom environments.
* Proven technical project management and product delivery experience.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and multi-team coordination skills.
* Agile methodology experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
* Certifications in Agile, Project Management, Scrum Product Ownership.
* Knowledge of DOCSIS, RDK-B, Wi-Fi, GPON, and embedded systems.
