Head of Engineering - Defense Tech - Netherlands

Darwin have partnered exclusively with a Netherlands-based Defense Tech Manufacturer who are scaling up their Engineering / R&D team.

They are looking for an experienced Engineering leader to head up their R&D function, implementing proper engineering practices, providing a clear structure and ensuring there is a focus on quality.

You would lead a talented and rapidly growing team of 10+ Engineers covering Software, Autonomous Systems, UAV integration, testing etc.

Experience of Interest

• Strong background in Engineering.
• Leadership of small-to-mid size Engineering / technical teams and R&D projects.
• Proven track record implementing best practice (documentation, configuration management, quality control).
• Aerospace and/or Defense industry exp.

This opportunity will suit a solid Engineering leader who has a real interest in UAV / Unmanned technology.

Pay circa €8-10,000 per month + 8% holiday allowance + 27 days. Role to be based onsite in Amsterdam, NL.
