We are currently supporting an international client based in Umhlanga who is looking to hire a Junior Project Manager on a permanent basis to support ongoing projects.
Role Details

Key Skills & Experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience working in a SCRUM / Agile environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of IT projects using Agile / Scrum ways of working
  • Shadow and assist a Senior Director with day-to-day project leadership and decision making
  • Help coordinate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews and Retrospectives
  • Track project progress across scope, timeline, risks, issues and dependencies
  • Maintain clear project documentation (plans, RAID logs, actions, meeting notes)
  • Liaise with international stakeholders to gather updates and align priorities
  • Support the Product Owner / business teams with requirements and user story clarity
  • Work closely with Developers, QA and Delivery teams to unblock delivery bottlenecks
  • Ensure tasks are updated accurately in tools such as Jira / Confluence / Azure DevOps
  • Assist with reporting on project status and delivery metrics to senior leadership
  • Help manage stakeholder communication and ensure expectations are set correctly
  • Identify risks early and escalate to the Senior Director when needed
  • Support UAT coordination and ensure feedback is captured and actioned
  • Assist with release planning and go-live readiness activities
  • Continuously improve delivery processes and ways of working across the team
