Job Title: Lead Main Component Exchange (MCE) Technician - GE Platform

Location: Nationwide Travel - USA & Canada
Employment Type: Full-time / Project-based

Our client is seeking experienced Lead Main Component Exchange (MCE) Technicians with GE platform experience (1.X / 2.X / 3.X / Cypress) to lead critical turbine component replacement projects.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and perform main component exchanges on GE wind turbines (gearboxes, generators, blades, etc.).

  • Supervise lift, rigging, and installation activities in compliance with safety procedures.

  • Coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, and equipment.

  • Ensure all work is completed to OEM specifications and project deadlines.

  • Document work performed and maintain accurate site reports.


Requirements

✅ Proven GE turbine experience (1.X / 2.X / 3.X / Cypress platforms)
✅ Valid GWO certifications (Working at Heights, First Aid, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness)
OSHA safety training
✅ Lift and rigging certifications (crane, hoist, or equivalent)
✅ Ability to travel extensively and work in challenging environments
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
