Lead PCS7 Engineer

The client is currently scaling up several automation platforms across both brownfield and greenfield locations. They're in the transition phase of consolidating fragmented legacy systems into standardized PCS7 environments. The biggest challenge? Balancing urgent system support while driving structured upgrades in live production settings.

I'm looking for someone who:

* Has a completed MBO+ or HBO in Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, or similar

* Brings 2-5 years of hands-on Siemens PCS7 experience

* Has additional experience with S7, TIA Portal, and WinCC

* Understands electrical schematics and industrial control systems

* Is VCA VOL certified and fluent in Dutch and/or English

* Lives in Brabant or Midden-Nederland and can work on-site

* Is self-motivated, communicative, and accurate

Who is interested in:

* Programming, modifying, and optimizing PCS7 control systems

* On-site service, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting

* Working on maintenance and project-based assignments

* Delivering technical documentation and escalation reporting

* Collaborating closely with internal engineers and client-side teams
