Lead PCS7 Engineer

Would you like to take the lead on complex industrial automation projects?

Are you ready to guide teams and make key technical decisions in PCS7 environments?

This client is entering a phase of large-scale systems integration, involving multiple sites and legacy migrations. The key challenge? Designing standardized architectures, while maintaining performance and uptime across critical production lines. You'll be the lead voice in both strategy and execution.

I'm looking for someone who:

* Has a completed HBO or higher education in Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, or similar

* Brings 5+ years of in-depth experience with Siemens PCS7

* Has strong experience with S7, TIA Portal, WinCC, and industrial network configurations

* Can lead technical discussions, mentor junior engineers, and take full ownership of automation solutions

* Is VCA VOL certified

* Lives in Brabant or Central Netherlands and is available for on-site work

* Is structured, communicative, and solution-driven

Who is interested in:

* Leading the design, configuration, and optimization of PCS7-based systems

* Coordinating commissioning and troubleshooting activities

* Interfacing with clients and internal stakeholders to define and deliver automation strategy

* Writing and reviewing documentation, procedures, and functional descriptions

* Taking responsibility for project milestones and quality control
