Operations and Maintenance Manager (PV)

Our client is a fast-growing, international Energy-as-a-Service provider driving the energy transition across Europe. Working with some of the continent's leading real estate groups, they design, deliver, and operate renewable energy systems-including solar PV, EV charging, CHP units, heat pumps, and more-directly on-site for their clients.

They are now seeking an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager to support their Head of Operations and take ownership of system performance across their asset base. This is a high-impact role where you'll ensure peak efficiency of energy systems, lead maintenance efforts, manage subcontractors, and explore new technologies to drive continual improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor & optimise the performance of PV systems, EV charging stations, CHP, heat pumps, and boilers.
• Manage regular and emergency maintenance to minimise system downtime and ensure safety compliance.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers and subcontractors, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of technical issues.
• Oversee maintenance contracts, tenders, and pricing, ensuring value and service quality from vendors.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support the Head of Operations with day-to-day tasks and wider strategic projects.

Note: This role requires German language skills, on a professional level.
