Operations Manager - Electricity (m/f/d)

Electricity operations are at the heart of our business. In this role, you'll bring structure and reliability to a complex, regulated environment - with real ownership and a steep learning curve from day one. You'll work closely with senior leadership and grow into a strong operations professional.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate day-to-day operational topics in our electricity business

  • Align internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution

  • Track open items, manage dependencies, and resolve issues proactively

  • Connect operations, maintenance, billing, and partners

  • Support compliance topics and maintain structured documentation

  • Help improve and scale operational processes

Your profile

Must-have:

  • 3+ years in operations (energy, infrastructure, or regulated environments preferred)

  • Strong ownership and execution mindset

  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders

  • Structured, reliable working style

  • C1 German and C1 English

Nice-to-have:

  • Exposure to electricity operations, metering, grid operators, or billing processes

  • Experience with external service providers or authorities
