We're looking for a skilled Power Generation Technician to join a highly respected team supporting critical infrastructure across commercial, industrial, and municipal clients. If you've got experience with diesel and natural gas generators, ATS systems, and field diagnostics-this is your opportunity to join a stable company that backs its technicians with training, tools, and top-tier support.

What You'll Do:

• Perform diagnostic, preventative, and corrective maintenance on standby generators (5-2000+ kW)

• Troubleshoot and repair engine, electrical, and control systems (including Deep Sea, Cummins, Kohler, etc.)

• Inspect, test, and repair automatic transfer switches (ATS) and paralleling switchgear

• Complete load bank testing, fuel testing, oil changes, coolant flushes, and start-up commissioning

• Work independently in the field and maintain professional communication with dispatch and customers

• Accurately document service calls and parts usage via mobile work order system

✅ What You'll Need:

• 2+ years of generator service experience (industrial/commercial preferred)

• Knowledge of diesel engines, gaseous fuel systems, voltage regulation, and controls

• Experience working with major OEMs like Generac, Kohler, Cummins, or MTU is a plus

• Ability to read wiring schematics and use diagnostic tools

• Valid driver's license and clean MVR

• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work in a variety of field environments
