  • Respond to RFI/RFPs with accurate, compelling technical input
  • Act as a liaison between customer technical teams and internal product/engineering groups to relay feedback and drive feature adoption

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience supporting enterprise or government accounts in a high-trust, compliance-focused environment
  • Hands-on experience with networking equipment, PKI infrastructure, or data protection technologies
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a startup or emerging technology environment

Desirable Experience

  • Familiarity with quantum-safe cryptography, quantum key distribution (QKD), or post-quantum cryptographic standards
  • Background in telecommunications, defense, or critical infrastructure sectors
  • Experience working with channel partners or system integrators
  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNP, etc.)
