Project Manager - Drive Delivery, Quality, and Innovation

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end project execution. In this role, you'll coordinate technical teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard-from planning through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full project lifecycle management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk control.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders-clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams-ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication.

  • Oversee project documentation, compliance requirements, and progress reporting.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure technical, commercial, and operational alignment.

  • Manage site activities and monitor construction progress to ensure safe, timely, and quality-driven execution.

  • Drive continuous improvement across processes, workflows, and project delivery standards.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally in engineering, energy, or construction environments.

  • Understand large scale solar projects
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

  • A proactive, solution-focused approach and confidence working in fast-paced technical environments.

  • German fluency
