Our team is building decentralized swarming technology for large-scale intelligence and mission support, backed by strong investor confidence and active partnerships across Europe and allied nations.

Role Overview
They're looking for a Robotics Test Engineer with a focus on UAS testing and deployment. You'll join a small, fast-moving team where you'll have real autonomy and influence. Your work will span development, simulation, and hands-on field testing of advanced autonomous and swarming capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop collaborative autonomy algorithms.
  • Turn prototypes into robust, production-ready software.
  • Build and improve simulation environments for multiple UAS types.
  • Deploy algorithms on real UAS platforms and swarms.
  • Plan testing/validation for autonomous flight performance.

Requirements

  • BSc/MSc in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
  • 2+ years relevant experience.
  • Strong background in vehicle dynamics, control, sensor fusion, and algorithms.
  • Proficient in Linux/WSL, C++, and ROS2.
  • EU or NATO citizenship.

They can offer between €4000-€6000 per month based on experience. It's a great chance to work on cutting edge swarming software.

They are based in The Hague and would be looking for someone to be in the office full time.
