Overview:


A major industrial manufacturing company in Germany is seeking a Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud Consultant to support the delivery of CRM transformation programs. The focus is on improving sales forecasting, partner collaboration, and operational efficiency through the Manufacturing Cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud features including Sales Agreements, Account-Based Forecasting, and Rebate Management.

  • Map complex manufacturing sales cycles, pricing structures, and partner channels into scalable Salesforce solutions.

  • Integrate Salesforce with ERP, supply chain, and production systems to ensure unified visibility across commercial and operational data.

  • Develop role-specific dashboards and reports for sales, operations, and finance teams.

  • Automate quote-to-cash and demand forecasting workflows based on customer agreements and production capacity.

  • Define and deploy custom objects, flows, and Lightning components to support specialized manufacturing use cases.

  • Support partner and distributor collaboration through Experience Cloud configuration and secure data sharing models.

  • Conduct discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to translate business goals into platform requirements.

  • Manage UAT, end-user enablement, and change adoption activities across multi-site teams.

  • Monitor platform performance and recommend continuous improvement opportunities based on analytics and user feedback.
