Overview:
Germanys leading Renewable Energy provider is seeking an experienced Salesforce Utilities and Energy Cloud Consultant to support digital transformation initiatives within a high-impact, enterprise environment. The role focuses on implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions tailored for the utilities and energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and optimize customer self-service portals using Salesforce Experience Cloud tailored for utility customers.

Map and automate meter-to-cash processes, including billing, payments, and service requests, within Salesforce.

Integrate Salesforce with core utility systems (e.g., SCADA, SAP IS-U, GIS, OMS) to ensure real-time data visibility across departments.

Configure energy-specific data models for premise, usage point, meter reading, and service connection structures.

Define and manage rule-based workflows for customer service operations, such as outage notifications and tariff changes.

Support deployment of field service solutions for technicians, including route optimization, asset inspection, and mobile access.

Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions with product owners and business analysts.

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) in customer communication and consent handling.

Create dashboards and reports in Salesforce to track KPIs such as service restoration times, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction.

Troubleshoot platform issues and oversee enhancements or change requests from end-users and business units.
