Project Focus:

This role is part of a warehouse automation and quality transformation project. The consultant will be responsible for delivering end-to-end SAP EWM with MFS integration for automated material handling systems, while also ensuring seamless SAP QM integration for inspection and compliance processes.

The project includes:

  • Implementing EWM-MFS to integrate with conveyors, ASRS, and AGVs.

  • Setting up PLC communication and telegram handling for warehouse execution.

  • Designing and configuring QM inspection processes in EWM

  • Supporting system testing, cutover, and hypercare in a high-volume automated warehouse.

  • Ensuring compliance with industry-specific quality and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional design and configuration for SAP EWM-MFS and SAP QM in project scope.

  • Collaborate with automation vendors to integrate MFS with material handling equipment.

  • Configure and validate inspection lots, sampling procedures, and usage decisions in QM.

  • Align quality processes with warehouse automation workflows

  • Support end-to-end testing (SIT, UAT) including automated flows and QM scenarios.

  • Provide input for cutover planning and go-live readiness.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve MFS and QM issues during project phases.

  • Deliver project documentation, knowledge transfer, and user training.
