Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors / HCM Consultant
Location: Vienna, Austria Hybrid: 1-2 days per week remote)
Experience Level: 3-5 years (flexible depending on profile)

About the Role

Darwin Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading international SAP HR consultancy, supporting clients in digitalizing and optimizing their HR processes through SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.

With offices in Munich, Vienna, Zurich, and Singapore, this organization blends local expertise with global delivery, offering consultants exposure to international projects and a truly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to understand HR requirements and design SAP-based solutions

• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules (experience in any module is welcomed)

• Provide support for SAP HCM systems where required

• Deliver workshops, conduct training sessions, and support change management efforts

• Collaborate with colleagues across offices in Europe and Asia in a hybrid, team-oriented setting

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM

• Proficiency in at least one SuccessFactors module (e.g. EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, PMGM, LMS, etc.)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• German B2 required as a minimum

• A solution-driven mindset with a collaborative approach
