The Role: Senior Perception Systems Engineer
As a Senior Perception Systems Engineer, you'll be a key member of our core technical team, developing guidance and inspection applications for robotic manufacturing and maintenance. You'll work across our technology stack-designing high-performance algorithms for 3D data processing, building AI-driven guidance systems, and enabling robots to operate with precision in dynamic, real-world environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement algorithms for a wide range of robotic applications in complex, moving settings

  • Develop robust, production-ready software for demanding industrial use cases

  • Collaborate throughout the product lifecycle-from prototyping to deployment

  • Optimize real-time performance for embedded platforms

Requirements

Technical Expertise

  • Advanced C++ proficiency with a focus on performance optimization

  • Strong mathematics skills in linear algebra, geometry, and optimization

  • Experience in one or more of: robot kinematics, 3D sensing, or advanced geometric theory

  • Proven ability to write high-quality, well-tested, performance-critical software

  • Familiarity with embedded systems and real-time constraints

  • Comfortable with in-office collaboration (full-time, on-site)

Bonus Qualifications

  • Background in software quality, DevOps, or network communications

  • Track record of delivering commercial-grade robotics solutions
