Overview

My client is a leading global systems integrator specialising in mission-critical facility automation within the data centre sector. Headquartered in Texas, they deliver advanced BMS and EPMS solutions to maximise uptime, efficiency, and sustainability across high-performance environments.


Experience

  • Lead collaboration with Ignition/SCADA teams to architect and deliver scalable, real-time control systems
  • Design, program, and optimise Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLCs using Studio 5000 across complex, mission-critical projects
  • Own PLC strategy including ladder logic development, review, and optimisation to ensure performance and reliability
  • Drive system integration using EtherNet/IP (primary) and Modbus, ensuring robust and resilient communications
  • Provide senior-level fault finding, diagnostics, and root cause analysis across PLC and control systems
  • Lead commissioning, testing, and validation activities, ensuring seamless system handover
  • Act as a technical authority for PLC/controls, supporting junior engineers and guiding best practice
