Job Description - Senior Sales Executive

Position: Senior Sales Executive - Marine Lubricants & Chemicals
Location: Hamburg, Germany

Role Overview:
Our client, a smaller, independent company in the marine industry, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive with an existing network of ship owners, ship managers, and marine contacts. This is a strategic role for someone who can leveraging their relationships to grow international sales of marine lubricants and chemicals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand relationships with ship owners, ship managers, and other key marine industry clients.

  • Use own existing network to generate immediate sales opportunities.

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve gross profit targets in the first year.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product alignment and client satisfaction.

  • Represent the company in international trading and client visits.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven in sales of marine lubricants or chemicals.

  • Established network in the shipping or marine industry.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Fluent in English; German is advantageous.

  • Knowledge of logistics and international trade is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and generate results quickly.
