Senior Consultant (m/f/d) - SAP SuccessFactors

Work on exciting HR transformation projects for clients nationally and internationally, with plenty of freedom, direct influence, and minimal hierarchy. Expect a flexible working environment in a well-established, international team with strong communication, active communities, and a collaborative team spirit.

Your Responsibilities

  • Play a central role in SAP SuccessFactors transformation projects - from solution definition to successful implementation.
  • Advise clients on HR-IT target architectures and transformation projects.
  • Responsible for solution design in SuccessFactors (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Talent) and integration into existing systems.
  • Lead sub-projects or streams, ensuring quality, results, and customer satisfaction.
  • Moderate workshops with HR and IT stakeholders; act as a sparring partner for decision-makers.
  • Contribute experience to the further development of topics and offerings.
  • Support and coach consultants and juniors, fostering professional development within the team.

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science, business administration, or related fields.
  • Several years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Experience in leading projects or sub-projects/streams.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and their IT representation.
  • Ability to analyze complex topics and communicate them clearly.
  • Confident and collaborative demeanor with clients.
  • Independent, reliable, and high-quality work ethic.
  • Willingness to travel for national and international projects.
  • Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage.
