Job Title - ServiceNow Business Process Consultant
Client Location - Remote (EMEA)
Remote work offering - 100%
Client Industry - Healthcare (regulated)
Contract Length - 3-4 months (with extension potential)
Contract type - Freelance

Project Focus -

• Review and optimize CMDB governance, ownership, and data quality.
• Run workshops with client stakeholders to map current processes and recommend improvements.
• Provide advisory on lifecycle management and automation for CMDB items.
• Deliver formal documentation (user requirements, functional designs, design specs) to ensure compliance in a validated, regulated environment.

Key Skills & Experience Required -

• Strong background as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, with hands-on experience in CMDB and CSDM.
• Expertise in governance, policy, ownership structures, and best practice process optimization.
• Experience delivering workshops and aligning business requirements with technical teams.
• Strong documentation skills in regulated industries (e.g., FDA/GxP).
• English proficiency required; German is a nice-to-have.
