Job Title: ServiceNow Recruiter (German Speaker)

Location: Frankfurt or Munich, Germany (Hybrid/Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-time


About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Germany. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English, with a proven track record of recruiting in the technology sector, preferably with a focus on ServiceNow professionals. Based in either Frankfurt or Munich, you will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to support our growing ServiceNow practice in the DACH region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for ServiceNow roles, including Developers, Architects, Consultants, and Solution Specialists.
  • Partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of ServiceNow talent through proactive sourcing, headhunting, networking, and talent mapping.
  • Drive recruitment campaigns, job postings, and employer branding initiatives to position the company as a leading ServiceNow employer in the region.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure both technical fit and cultural alignment.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by providing market insights, candidate feedback, and recruitment analytics.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally with focus on ServiceNow or related ITSM/Cloud technologies.
  • Strong sourcing skills with knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow ecosystem (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, IRM) and related talent market.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and candidate experience.
