ServiceNow Technical Architect

Job Title - ServiceNow Technical Architect
Client Location - Germany (remote from EMEA also considered)
Remote work offering - 100%
Client Industry - Healthcare (regulated industries are preferred)
Contract Length - 7 months (with extension potential)
Contract type - Freelance

Project Focus -

• Assess and advise on the client's current ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM implementation.
• Apply ServiceNow best practices to bring the CMDB back to a state where out-of-the-box capabilities can be fully leveraged.
• Provide technical advisory on integrating custom Service Level Management processes into ServiceNow.
• Guide implementation of the Digital Portfolio Management module, ensuring alignment with CMDB foundations.

Key Skills & Experience Required -

• Certified ServiceNow Technical Architect with strong technical expertise on the platform.
• Deep understanding of CMDB: design, structure, and governance.
• Proven track record in conducting technical assessments, creating solution stories, and providing best practice advisory.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a strong plus.
• English required; German language proficiency is highly desirable.
