What You'll Do

• Design signal processing and acoustic modelling algorithms for sonar systems
• Analyze sensor data and evaluate field trial results
• Implement techniques such as beamforming, event detection, and classification
• Collaborate with software and embedded teams to integrate solutions
• Work with complex datasets to extract valuable insights

What You Bring

• 3+ years' experience in signal processing, acoustics, or applied physics
• Strong coding skills in Python and/or C++
• Experience with beamforming, sonar systems, or hydrophone arrays (a plus)
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow), CUDA, or fiber optic sensing (a bonus)
• Eligible for NATO/Dutch security clearance

They can pay up to €80k with a 5% pension contribution, and an additional 8% on top of salary as holiday.
