Software Tester (Medical Technology) - 12 Month Contract - Onsite in Zurich
We are partnered with a leading Medical Technology company in Zurich seeking a Software Tester to support the development of their next-generation diagnostic instrument. This is an external contract position offering the opportunity to contribute to innovative, life-changing products!
General Conditions:
- Location: Zurich, Switzerland
- Contract: 12 months (potential to extend)
- Hourly Rate: To be discussed
- Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and write comprehensive manual and automated test cases for medical instrument software.
- Execute manual software testing directly on the instrument.
- Perform integration testing for new functionalities built on an existing code base.
- Develop and maintain automated tests using C# and the internal MS Test-based framework.
- Collaborate closely with developers and system engineers in an Azure DevOps environment.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience as a Software Tester or Test Engineer, ideally within medical devices or similar industries.
- Strong background in manual testing and automated testing
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Minimum German B2 level is required / This is a German speaking team
