A fast-scaling data consultancy is entering the next phase of growth. With several new strategic clients signed, their biggest challenge is evolving their in-house migration platform to meet increasing demand - focusing on quality, scalability, and innovation. This role plays a crucial part in bridging technical delivery and product direction, both in client projects and internal tooling.

Please note: fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is a strict requirement for this role.

I'm looking for someone who:

· Has deep expertise in data migrations and architectural design
· Has hands-on experience with the Microsoft stack and data-intensive applications
· Is familiar with domain-specific development environments
· Operates at an academic (WO) level
· Is fluent in Dutch - both written and spoken
