System Architect & Integration Specialist (m/f/d) - SAP SuccessFactors

As an experienced HR IT consultant, you will play a key role in designing and implementing modern HR system architectures for national and international clients. You will work at the intersection of technology, processes, and consulting, contributing your integrative understanding and technical expertise.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead complex customer projects focusing on system architecture and integration of SAP SuccessFactors in hybrid HR-IT landscapes.
  • Design and implement interfaces between SuccessFactors and external systems (e.g., SAP HCM, time management, payroll, non-SAP systems) using technologies such as SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP, and CPI.
  • Collaborate in workshops with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to define optimal system architecture and integration solutions.
  • Support migration projects, particularly from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors, focusing on data modeling, mapping, and transformation logic.
  • Assist sales teams with effort estimation and scoping for integration and migration topics.

Your Profile

  • Strong professional experience in SAP HR environments (on-premise & cloud) with hybrid system landscapes.
  • Deep technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integrations, including Core Hybrid via SAP Integration Suite/CPI/BTP, Compound API, OData API, and related technologies.
  • Understanding of HR data structures and flows, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, platform services, and SAP HCM.
  • Technical consulting expertise in SAP HCM (PA/OM, PT, PY); knowledge of Web Dynpro, Fiori, and HR Renewal is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of SAP authorizations, SAP Basis, and ABAP development.
  • Willingness to travel for national and international projects.
  • Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and customer-focused approach.
