About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer in Construction to lead the structural optimisation and design of engineering structures with integrated utility functions. You will play a key role in delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-quality solutions for clients.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and dimension reinforced concrete and steel structures across building and civil engineering projects

  • Take on a lead role in major infrastructure projects, including:

    • Railway and road construction

    • Energy supply systems

    • Underground Construction / Road tunnels

    • High-altitude solar power plants

  • Develop structural concepts and static solutions for complex engineering structures (e.g., industrial plants, energy infrastructure)

  • Perform and oversee structural analysis and calculations, ensuring compliance with quality standards

  • Drive innovation and optimisation in structural design and engineering approaches

  • Contribute to sustainable and resource-efficient construction methods

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain strong client relationships

  Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering

    • Specialisation in reinforced concrete, steel structures, or geotechnical engineering preferred

  • Strong expertise in:

    • Reinforced concrete and steel construction

    • Structural analysis and design principles

  • Proficiency in industry-standard software:

    • Cubus, SCIA, Plaxis, and MS Office

  • Experience in infrastructure or energy-related projects is highly desirable

  • Fluency in German (written and spoken)
