IT Application Analyst SAP HCM (Time Management & Payroll)
(Hybrid SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Environment)

Are you an experienced SAP HCM professional with expertise in time management and payroll? Our client, a leading global organization, is seeking a skilled IT Application Analyst SAP HCM (a) to join their dynamic HR IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to transformative HR projects and play a key role in shaping the future of their digital HR landscape.


Your Responsibilities

  • Provide support for HR departments in Switzerland and internationally, focusing on existing HCM systems.

  • Participate in the internal SAP HCM team on group-wide HR IT projects, especially in time management and payroll.

  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the hybrid SAP HCM environment (on-premise SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors).

  • Lead and support SAP HCM projects, including the migration of time tracking and payroll (ECP) to SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Actively drive the digital transformation of HR processes across the organization.


Your Profile

  • Degree in (business) informatics, IT vocational training, or an equivalent qualification.

  • Several years of professional and project experience in SAP HCM, with a strong focus on time management and/or payroll.

  • Ideally, hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (customizing, integrations with on-premise).

  • Solid understanding of HR processes and a passion for collaborating with HR teams.

  • Strong analytical thinking, excellent teamwork, and communication skills.

  • Fluency in German (C2) and good command of English (B2) are a must.
