Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery to support a key engagement within the financial sector. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable ITOM solutions and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ITOM Discovery workshops and translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Advise on best practices for ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB data management.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align business objectives with platform capabilities.
• Deliver documentation, governance recommendations, and roadmap guidance.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery projects.
• Strong business consulting background with an ability to bridge technical and strategic needs.
• Fluency in German, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in Switzerland, with availability for occasional on-site visits.
• Previous experience in the financial sector is highly advantageous.
