Job Description: ServiceNow SPM Consultant (French Speaking)

About the Role

We are seeking a French-speaking ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Consultant to join our team and play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade solutions to our clients. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in ServiceNow SPM to design, implement, and optimize solutions that enable organizations to align strategy with execution, drive portfolio visibility, and maximize business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders to capture business objectives and translate them into ServiceNow SPM solutions.
• Configure and implement ServiceNow SPM modules including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Agile Development, and Financial Planning.
• Provide advisory and best practice guidance to ensure solutions align with client strategies and deliver measurable value.
• Support clients through the full implementation lifecycle including design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, and PMO) to ensure seamless integration with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow modules.
• Develop training materials and conduct end-user enablement sessions to drive adoption.
• Stay current with the latest ServiceNow releases and SPM enhancements to continually provide forward-thinking solutions.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant/Developer with a strong focus on SPM/ITBM modules.
• Hands-on expertise with Demand Management, Project/Program Management, Resource Management, Agile Development, and Financial Planning.
• Strong understanding of portfolio governance, project lifecycle, and business strategy alignment.
• Fluency in French (mandatory) and professional proficiency in English.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS – SPM/ITBM, CSA) are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives as well as technical teams.
