Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITAM (Hardware Asset Management) to support a large-scale implementation within the financial sector. You will play a key role in designing and delivering HAM solutions, integrating data sources, and ensuring high-quality technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow HAM solutions.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Provide technical leadership, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Apply ServiceNow and ITAM best practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in ServiceNow ITAM (Hardware Asset Management).
• Strong technical background with ServiceNow configuration and scripting.
• Excellent communication skills in English (project language).
• Must be based in Switzerland, with willingness to work on-site.
• Prior experience in the financial sector is advantageous.
