(Partial) Project Manager - Structural Engineering (60-100%)

Within our Railway and Civil Engineering department, we deliver complex infrastructure projects-including accessibility upgrades for railway stations across German-speaking Switzerland (BZU 23) and major rail expansion programs.

Your Role

As a (Partial) Project Manager in Structural Engineering, you will contribute to the development and delivery of innovative infrastructure solutions. Your work will span multiple project phases and involve close collaboration across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop structural solutions for engineering structures, specialist foundation engineering, and building construction
• Manage and implement tasks across all project phases, considering technical and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with illustrators to bring concepts to life
• Support the implementation of BIM in projects
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architecture, technical systems, environmental planning)
• Present and discuss your solutions within project teams and with clients
• Contribute to projects that deliver meaningful value to society

Your Profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering (ETH/FH or equivalent)
• Strong interest in transport infrastructure, particularly public transport systems
• Solid technical knowledge in structural engineering
• Initial professional experience in project planning or project management is an advantage
• Team-oriented, open-minded, and communicative
• Comfortable presenting ideas and engaging with stakeholders
• Strong written communication skills
• Interest in or experience with BIM is a plus
