We're supporting a technology business delivering a large-scale accessibility compliance programme across web and mobile platforms. They're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with strong WCAG experience to help drive accessibility remediation and tooling improvements across React and React Native environments.

Key Skills
* 5+ years React + TypeScript
* Strong Next.js experience
* 2+ years React Native
* Practical WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 AA knowledge
* Experience with VoiceOver, TalkBack, axe-core, jest-axe
* AI-assisted development using tools such as Cursor, Claude Code or GitHub Copilot
* Strong understanding of ARIA, semantic HTML, and accessible component design

Responsibilities
* Remediate accessibility issues across React and React Native applications
* Improve accessibility compliance scores and reduce lint baselines
* Develop and improve accessibility tooling and automation
* Support scalable accessibility best practices across engineering teams
* Validate fixes using automated and manual accessibility testing
