Payroll Lead Consultant

Are you a seasoned Payroll Consultant ready to take the lead on complex SAP implementations?

Our client, a leading global organization, is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Lead Consultant to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end SAP Payroll implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of SAP Payroll processes and configurations, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors EC (Employee Central) and ECP (Employee Central Payroll).
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, business analysts, and project managers.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record of successful SAP Payroll implementation projects in a consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP, including configuration, data migration, and testing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
