Project focus

We are currently seeking experienced Implementation Consultants / Solution Consultants to join a large-scale international data-focused programme based in Helsinki, Finland. This is an exciting opportunity to work within complex enterprise environments supporting critical data systems, operational platforms, and business applications.

The successful consultants will play a key role in implementation, support operations, data-driven delivery, and stakeholder collaboration across a heterogeneous technical landscape. Candidates should be comfortable operating within high-availability environments and supporting mission-critical systems and services.

Key skills and Experience required

General Requirements:

• 3-5+ years Data-oriented project delivery in large, complex data intensive environments within a heterogeneous systems infrastructure.
• Modern data storage and retrieval systems; advanced query (SQL) & scripting languages (Python), Unix and Web presentation.
• Any experience with graph data, RDF, SPARQL and associated technologies, is an asset, also deeper s/w development languages.
• An excellent communicator with a good ability to interact with diverse teams, from business owners to subject-matter-experts, end-users and product support and engineering partners.
• Team member on project implementations
• Designs, constructs and tests components of solutions under supervision of senior consultant
• Establishes technical team member relationship with Customer.
• Collaborates well with other team members and client teams for successful project implementations.
• Actively developing consulting behaviours and competencies.
• Follows Senior Consultant guidance on projects.
• Provide guidance and support to customers in usage of solutions

• 2/L3 support
• ITIL processes and ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent)
• Handling 24x7 operations
• critical incidents
• Monitoring & observability tools (APM, logs, alerts)
